1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Omega Creative Software ("Omega", "we", "us"). By installing or using Omega Suite or this website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Using the software

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use Omega Suite and its apps, including for work you do for money. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or remove protections from the software, except where the law allows it.

3. The free plan

We offer a free plan that covers everyday use of every app. We intend to keep it available. If we ever change it, we will give you notice, and your work will always remain yours and accessible.

4. Paid plans

Advanced tools are available as a single-app plan or a full-suite plan, billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime payment. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. A lifetime plan is one payment for the advanced tools of that app or suite for as long as we offer them. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time. If something isn’t right with a purchase, email us within 14 days and we will work it out with you, including a refund where that is reasonable.

5. Your content

You own what you create. We don’t claim any rights to it. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you use, such as Nexus or publishing.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Omega Suite to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, spread malware, or interfere with the service or other users.

7. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.

8. Early access

Omega Suite is still being built. Features may change and there may be bugs. Please keep backups of important work.

9. Plugins and third parties

Labs lets people install plugins made by others. We don’t make or control those plugins, so install them at your own risk.

10. No warranty

Omega Suite is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Omega is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending things

You can stop using Omega Suite at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that should naturally continue, such as ownership and liability, will.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about important changes. Continuing to use Omega Suite means you accept the updated terms.

14. Ownership of Omega

Omega™, Omega Suite™, the app names and the logos belong to Omega Creative Software. Other product and company names mentioned on this website belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
