1. Who we are

Omega Creative Software ("Omega", "we", "us") makes Omega Suite and the apps inside it. We are based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email if you create an account, including when you sign in with Google.
• Plan and payment details. Which plan you have and when it renews. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical details. App version, operating system and update or crash information, so we can keep the apps working.
• Messages. What you send to Nexus or to our support team, so we can respond.

3. Your files

Projects, photos, videos and other files you create stay on your device. We do not upload them unless you choose a feature that needs it, such as asking Nexus for help or publishing something online.

4. How we use information

To run your account and plan, deliver updates, provide support, process payments, keep Omega Suite secure, and improve the apps. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run Omega Suite, such as payment, hosting, email and the AI services behind Nexus, and only what they need to do their job. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale of the business, in which case you will be told.

6. Cookies on this website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It may remember small preferences, such as a choice you made on this page, on your own device. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.

7. Keeping and protecting data

We keep account information while your account is active and for a short time afterwards where needed for records or legal reasons. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We follow Canadian privacy law, and we will respect rights that apply to you where you live.

9. Children

Omega Suite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you about important changes.
